Jensen Pool Party

After writing that last post I realized I never posted the pictures from our 4th of July pool party. I’m sure you’ve all been hanging on the edge of your seats waiting for these pictures, so here ya go! Since it was so long ago I’m just going to post a few…

Brad’s parents have an inflatable slide and of course the kids love it! Kaden was still in a cast, so he couldn’t go down it, but Aaron loved it!

They put that water balloon down my shirt and popped it…

I forgot Kyla’s swimsuit… go figure!

Brad just had to send her down the slide. She was not happy about it though. Thanks Mark, for catching her!

We had a bit of a water fight, so this is a picture of everyone that got wet. Okay, a couple of us didn’t make it in the picture.

Kenny was awesome and helped Kaden have fun with the other kids. I was SO grateful for his willingness to help out. Kaden did well considering he couldn’t do much. But towards the evening he was bored and starting to get grumpy. Kenny helped him chase the other kids around for awhile. He also helped him play the “horse balls” game.

Kyla thought these were a fashion accessory. She spent nearly an hour putting them on and taking them off. What a girl!

They had a wonderful time and it was a fantastic day. We had an excellent fireworks show once it was dark. They put a plank of wood (or something) between two ladders and placed most fireworks on top. It made the fountains last longer.

As always we had a great time visiting with family and enjoying one another’s company. Thanks for a wonderful weekend! And sorry it’s so very late posting this! Oh my, it’s halfway through September…. Oops!
